What Is Your Game Plan?

Whether you are in the beginning stages or near the end of your weight loss, you need to have a game plan. There are so many reasons to have a one. They are important whether you are playing basketball, making a cake or wanting to lose weight.

So many of us say, "I'm going to start my diet on Monday". Or "I've blown it today, I'll start again tomorrow.' Either way you need to have a tools in place. What is your special strategy going to be when you've 'blown it'?

Game

When you say that you'll start tomorrow...you do realize that tomorrow never comes, don't you? If you procrastinate your healthy eating you will NEVER get to where you want to be. Tomorrow never comes. You will continue in this funk. You will never know what it truly feels like to have increased self worth, self confidence and self esteem. Nothing and I mean nothing, gives you these increased feelings like weight loss does.

So when you 'blow it' you need to have your game plan ready. You have to create your game plan. Don't start tomorrow and blow the rest of the day. So you had a few bad minutes. Make it just that. Don't make it into a bad day, just a weak few moments.

The game plan is important to have in place when you start different phases of your weight loss journey. Get your food plan, your exercise plan and diversion plan in place before you start your journey. As you go down this path you will find other things that will help you as you continue. Your game plan will change as you get closer and closer to the end of the weight loss journey. At the end of the weight loss journey starts the rest of your life in your new body. There is a new plan here. As you can see, game plans change but they are always important.
